Webbox vs Email

This is how it is better than email:

Design Is designed and optimised specifically for sending large files Was designed for sending small text files. Inefficient for other media.
Secure When running in secure mode, files cannot be seen by third parties, and files are transferred direct. Email is in no way secure. Secure certificate email is secure, however it costs a lot to set up and is very painful to configure.
Verification You can see when the files have arrived at their destination. Not even email administrators guarantee email will arrive at its destination. How many times have we all heard the question "Did you get that email I sent yet?"
Storage No limits. Store anything, for any amount of time. Most are around 1 GB. The biggest is under 5 GB.

You may have heard of FTP - it is the original File Transfer Protocol on the internet. The WebBox is better than FTP in the following ways:

User Administration As simple as can be - Easily add and remove users. FTP usually has only one username and password!
